HopeVia Foundation was born from a simple yet profound belief: every life matters. In 2010, our founder, Kigozi Carlos, witnessed the heartbreaking reality of children orphaned by disease and poverty, and elderly people abandoned with no one to care for them. With nothing but a vision and a heart full of compassion, he gathered a few volunteers and started a small feeding program under a tree.
What began as a humble effort has grown into a full-fledged foundation that now serves over 250 children and 80 elderly individuals annually. We provide shelter, nutritious meals, healthcare, education, and — most importantly — the warmth of a family. We believe that no child should grow up alone, and no elderly person should face their final years without dignity and love.
Today, HopeVia is a beacon of light in the community, proving that one person's compassion can ripple into a wave of change.
